  • Pricing Errors: While we strive for perfection, errors may occur due to our vast inventory.

    • If a product’s correct price is lower than the stated price, we will refund the difference.

    • If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for instructions or reject the order and notify you.

    • We are not obligated to honor “clear-cut” or obvious pricing errors even after an Order Confirmation has been sent.

3. Cancellation Policy

At Legend Jackets Co, many of our pieces are custom-crafted. Therefore, specific rules apply:

  • Window for Change: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team within two (2) days of placing the order.

  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been dispatched or is being processed by customs in your country, it cannot be canceled. In this instance, you must accept the delivery and follow our standard return process.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to fix any errors found on the site at any time. Your receipt of an Order Confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to decline an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability or pricing inaccuracies.
