Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum spend. No hidden charges.
Order Processing
- Standard Processing: 2–5 business days from order confirmation
- Express Processing: Within 24 hours (available at checkout)
- Custom & Bespoke Orders: Production timelines communicated individually
Estimated Delivery Times
Timed from the date of dispatch (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days

Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted international couriers including DHL, FedEx, and SkyNet, depending on your location and chosen method.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days of your order confirmation, email care@legendjackets.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@legendjackets.com with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund with return postage covered by us.
Delivery Guarantee
If your order is not dispatched within 7 working days of payment, or delivery exceeds 29 working days from dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund including all shipping costs paid.
