Once your jacket is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time. If you do not receive a tracking number within 06 working days of your final confirmation, please reach out to our team.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Legend Jackets Co operates globally. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees determined by your local authorities.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, including any fees incurred during a return or refund process.

  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees before finalizing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photographs of the jacket with the original tags still attached.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same jacket in the same quality and size.

Delivery Guarantee

We stand by our efficiency. As noted in our Return & Refund Policy:

  • If your product has not been shipped within 07 working days of final payment confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • If your delivery exceeds 29 working days, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping charges.
