Return & Refunds Policy
At Legend Jackets Co, we take immense pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our materials. To ensure a transparent shopping experience, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Sizing & Measurements
We provide a highly detailed size chart to help you achieve the perfect fit. Because we strictly follow the measurements selected by the customer, we strongly advise you to double-check your size before finalizing your order.

Inaccurate Selection: If a customer selects the wrong size and wishes to return the item for a refund, the standard return fees and deductions outlined in Section 3 will apply.

2. Inspection & Reporting Timeframes
Every jacket undergoes a rigorous quality scrutiny—covering stitching, fabric quality, and patterns—before shipment.

Discrepancy Claims: If you receive a jacket that differs significantly in design, color, or pattern from what was ordered, you must notify us within 03 business days of delivery.

Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographs of the jacket and its original tags within this 3-day window to qualify for a return.

Finality: After 03 business days post-delivery, Legend Jackets Co will not be liable for any return or refund requests.
3. Refund Deductions & Fees

Restocking Fee: For all eligible returns, a $50 deduction will be made from the total amount before the refund is issued to cover processing and restocking.

Shipping & Duties: The customer is liable for all return shipping charges. Additionally, any VAT or custom duty charges incurred during the return process will be borne by the customer.

Bulk Orders: To protect against unauthorized reselling, returns and refunds are not available for orders containing more than one of the same product.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Custom-Made Orders: Because bespoke and custom-tailored jackets are made specifically to your unique measurements and preferences, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items.

Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged due to the shipping process, we will provide a replacement of the same jacket. To report damage, you must reach out within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and attached tags.
5. Cancellation Policy
Our processing is highly efficient to ensure timely delivery. Refund amounts for cancellations depend on the timing of your request:

Within 24 Hours: Full refund.

Within 03 Business Days: 25% deduction from the total amount.

Before Shipment: 40% deduction from the total amount.

After 07 Business Days: No cancellations or refunds will be processed.
6. Delivery Guarantee
If your product is not shipped within 07 working days of payment and final confirmation, or if delivery exceeds 29 working days, you are entitled to a full refund, including shipping charges.
