Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your jacket. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and fair 30-day return policy on all eligible orders.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any eligible item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unworn, unwashed items in original condition returned within 30 days
  • Items received damaged, defective, or different from the product description
  • Incorrect items sent by us

What Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom-made or bespoke orders tailored to your personal measurements or specifications
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date

How to Return

  1. Email care@legendjackets.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address
  3. Pack the item securely and ship with a tracked service — keep your proof of postage

Return Postage

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Return postage is fully covered by us — contact us at care@legendjackets.com to arrange it.
  • Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund (different size, different colour, or different item), let us know in your return email and we will arrange it once the original item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

Cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it by emailing care@legendjackets.com. After 24 hours, if your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to help. Once dispatched, orders are eligible for return under this policy.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order is not dispatched within 7 working days of payment, or delivery exceeds 29 working days from dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund including any shipping costs paid.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
