These Terms & Conditions govern your use of legendjackets.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed via Stripe, a PCI-compliant, SSL-secured gateway. We do not store your full card details.

4. Order Processing

Standard processing is 0–5 business days. Express processing (within 24 hours) is available at checkout. Custom orders may require additional time; timelines are communicated individually. Processing cut-off is 12:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.

5. Free Worldwide Shipping

All orders ship free worldwide. Standard delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch. Express: 5–8 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing care@legendjackets.com. After 24 hours, if the order has not been dispatched we will do our best to assist. Once dispatched, orders are eligible for return under our Return Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

30-day return window from delivery. Return postage rules:

Change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover return postage — contact us at care@legendjackets.com to arrange it.

8. Custom Orders

Bespoke and custom-made orders are made exclusively to your specifications and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective through our error.

9. Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by their local customs authority. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content — images, text, logos, and designs — belongs to Hassantech Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
